Open Mic Spoken Word Extravaganza 10 at Ye Olde Murenger House, Newport on Wednesday, September 10th, 2014. Starts 7.30 p.m.

Featuring: MIKE JENKINS (Red Poet whose book, Barkin, was shortlisted for the 2014 Wales Book of the Award), Red Poet JONATHAN EDWARDS, TIM RICHARDS (a Red Poet who will be reading from his new book, Subversive Lines), Bernard Pearson, Alan Roderick. £5 admission on the door (£3 concessions).

Fundraiser by the Handpost Community Library Association to help re-open the former Stow Hill Library. Come along and read your own poetry or just sit back and enjoy.
