CWTSH FIRST FRIDAYS (www.cwtsh.org) presents poet MIKE JENKINS and painter GUSTAVIUS PAYNE talking about their new book BRING THE RISING HOME, a collaboration inspired by the 1831 Merthyr Uprising at the Cwtsh Community and Arts Centre, 226, Stow Hill, Newport, NP20 4HA. Starts 7.30 pm, Friday, April 6th, 2018. Admission £3-00.  Licensed bar available and the evening will also feature songs and music by the singer JAMIE BEVAN.
